Terms
These terms are between you and the people who run hola.page. Creating an account means agreeing to them. They're written to be read, so if something is unclear, ask.

Your account
You need an account to have a page, and one account holds one page. You're responsible for what goes on your page and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What it costs
$48 USD a year, after 14 days free. The first charge happens when those 14 days end, and the plan renews each year after that until you cancel. Nothing is charged before the trial ends.
Cancelling stops the next charge. The year you've already paid for runs to its end and your page stays up until then. Payments aren't refunded, except where the law where you live says they must be, which the refunds page says in more detail. You can withdraw from your contract online.
Your page and what you put on it
Your content stays yours. You give the people who run hola.page permission to store it and show it to the people who visit your page, for as long as the page exists. That permission ends when the page is deleted.
A page holds up to 25 links, a display name, a short bio, a header image and an avatar of up to 2 MB each in JPEG, PNG or WebP.
Your address
You have your address while your plan is running. You can change it once, and the address you had keeps sending people to the new one for a while afterwards.
An address isn't property and can't be sold or transferred. If a plan stops, the page goes offline and the address stops working. Everything on it is kept for 30 days, and paying again inside that time brings it back as it was. After 30 days the page is deleted, with its links, its pictures and its email list, and the address is no longer yours.
Pages kept for well-known people
Some addresses are kept by the people who run hola.page at the names of well-known people. Each of those pages says plainly that the person doesn't run it, links only to their official profiles, and shows a photo of a setting rather than of them. They aren't for sale, and none of them is ever described as someone using hola.page.
If you are that person, or act for them, you can claim the page, which comes with a year free, or ask for it to be taken down. Use the link on the page, or write to hello@hola.page. A page asked to go is taken down within two working days, and its address stays kept, so nobody else can take it.
Adult content
If your page is meant for adults, mark it as adult content. Visitors then have to confirm they're 18 or over before anything on the page loads, and the page stays out of search results. Marking it is your call to make, and it has to be an honest one.
What you must not do
Don't use a page for anything illegal, to phish, to impersonate somebody, or to pass off work that isn't yours. Don't try to break the service or to get into anyone else's account.
The email addresses on your list belong to the people who gave them to you. Don't email them anything they didn't ask for, and don't sell or pass those addresses to anyone else. An email list that gets used for spam is the fastest way to have a page taken down.
Taking a page down, and closing an account
If a page breaks these terms, the people who run hola.page can take it down or close the account behind it. Where there's no urgency, you'll be told why first and given the chance to put it right. A year that's already been paid for isn't refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.
You can delete your own page from the dashboard, which removes the page, its links, its pictures and its email list. Deleting a page doesn't cancel the plan: cancel that in the billing portal, or the next charge still happens.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. When a change matters to you, you'll be told before it starts applying, and you can cancel before then. The date at the top of this page is when it was last changed.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and a dispute goes to the courts there. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the law where you live.
Getting in touch
Write to hello@hola.page. That address reaches a person, and it's the same one for privacy questions.
